In 1972, Pioneer Realty was established to service the new community of Poinciana.  Over the next 38 years, Pioneer Realty of Poinciana and Florida has grown and now serves Osceola, Polk, and Orange Counties ( Kissimmee , Orlando , Poinciana, and St. Cloud ).

This merger will bring international exposure to our sales department as well as your investment properties.

In addition to our marketing effort, we manage and lease homes, office buildings and shopping centers.  Our relationship with Hara Management, Inc. of Winter Park , Florida enables us to extend our management expertise into the management of homeowners' associations, condominium associations, and apartment buildings throughout Central Florida .
