Hi! My name is Josephine Hernandez, you can call me Josie. I have been a Realtor with Pioneer Realty since December of 2005 and I have also been a Licensed Mortgage Broker since 10-03. I love being here because it allows me to meet and greet my soon to be neighbors. I am very well acquainted with the property in Poinciana and Kissimmee; both vacant lots and residential properties.

I moved to Central Florida (Kissimmee) from Miami, FL in July of 2003 because I was priced out of the city in which I loved to live in. I realized that I had to make a move in order to be able to purchase my very own home one day. Only one year after my relocation, I did just that! I purchased my first home, right here in Poinciana.
